[Elijah]

"Be careful of that one Claire. He's a charmer," he smiled. "He knows how to use his looks and puppy dog eyes to get people to do things for him. For you, he might go as far as taking off his shirt," he laughed, crawling over to her to rub her shoulders. "He's the only one that can stand in our way. The other monsters in town will follow us. They're brainless."

Jake choked out a sob at Dakota's words. His first love was gone. She had never stopped loving him, as he'd never stopped loving her. "Please don't say anymore," he whispered, rubbing his wet eyes. "I don't know how to tell you this gently. I don't know how to tell you. I'm sorry..." He looked up at Dakota and said, "Tegan is gone, Dakota. She was killed last night by Jimmy's new girlfriend. I couldn't save her, and for that I am truly, deeply sorry. She dead Dakota."

[Avery Izabel Layton]

"Ick, I'll never be foolish enough to fall for his 'lovey dovey' attitude. It makes me sick just thinking about it. Love is just a stupid feeling that rips your heart out. Lust makes everything better. You don't have to get that emotional attachment and you get to have some fun. If Jake wanted to take a break from his girlfriend and take a ride on me than I'm up for it."

Dakota looked up at Jake, waiting for him to tell her he was joking. The tears in his eyes confirmed it though. "No..." She stood up from the table and backed away from Jake. "No, you're lying! STOP LYING!" She screamed before she turned around and ran out the front door. She didn't stop running until she reached the park, the last place Tegan promised to take her.

Jadyn heard shouting and woke up. She walked downstairs groggily. "What is with the shouting?" She asked softly. She noticed the tears running down Jake's cheeks and she understood. "You told her, didn't you?"

[Elijah]

"Eww, I don't think I could ever ride you again, not after he has," he scoffed. "Maybe I should do it now before he seduces you," he smirked. Jimmy stripped down to nothing in a flash and crawled under the covers. "Too late. I'm going to bed," he said, turning on his side and faking sleep.

Jake nodded and wiped his eyes. "I have to go get her. I feel terrible. I shouldn't have told her! I should've let her live in her fantasy land. I should've made up some story about Tegan moving to Antarctica!" Jake gave Jadyn a quick peck and ran out the door, following Dakota's scent. He found her in the park, and picked her up in his arms before she could run any farther. "Come here," he said soothingly, sliding to the ground and cradling her. He used his strength to halt her struggling. "I'm sorry. I'll get rid of the people that did it, I promise. Shh, it's alright. I won't leave you. I'll stay with you."

[Avery Izabel Layton]

"Oh well, I guess with you asleep I am going to have to find Jake." Claire glanced over at Jimmy as he faked sleeping, waiting for him to react to her cruel joke. She was a little serious, if she wanted to have some fun and Jimmy wasn't willing then she would find someone else.

Dakota started to cry as she continued to struggle in his grasp, but it was no use, he was too strong. She wanted Tegan, her sister, and she would never see her again. Avery saw Dakota crying while trying to get out of Jake's arms so she walked over to try and help her, not knowing that Jake was basically related to Dakota. "Who are you and what are you doing to her?" She looked down at Jake, ready to electricute him if she needed to.

[Elijah]

Jimmy turned back over and waved his hands in the air. "Well get your beautiful ass over here! I'm already naked! Duh!"

Jake set Dakota down on the closet bench and asked her nicely to stay put. He walked the short distance back to Avery and glared at her. She's done nothing wrong. Be nice. His brow smoothed out and he tried to soften his eyes. "Her sister was murdered and i'm trying to calm her down. I don't want her running into the forest or hurting herself. I'm her guardian."

[Avery Izabel Layton]

Claire climbed ontop of Jimmy. "But you want to take a nap, don't you?" She asked playfully. She ran her hands over his bare chest before she started to kiss his neck seductively.

Avery moved back a tiny bit when she saw the glare Jake was giving her. When he explained what was going on she looked over at Dakota who was curled up in a ball still crying. "Oh, sorry. I just saw her crying and trying to get--nevermind. I apologize." She turned to walk away when she felt a sharp pain in her stomach. "Ow!" She bit her lip and bent down, holding her stomach.

[Elijah]

"I can nap after," he chuckled, sliding his hands down her body. "You know i'm up for it any time of the day, come on. How about this, we discuss our plan while having sex? Two birds, one stone. I'll start. I can deal with Jake, but the last time we had a fight, I lost. Simply attacking him won't do. Jadyn will be around anyway."

Jake ran over to the woman, placing one hand on her back and one hand stayed hovered over her belly. "Are you alright?" he asked quickly. He could see that she was pregnant, but he didn't know if the pains meant that she was about to give birth! Not thinking about what he was doing, Jake placed the hovering hand on her belly. He didn't even know this woman, but his warmth could help calm the baby down. He was a lot hotter than most people.

[Avery Izabel Layton]

"But last time you fought him you didn't have me. I can turn into your dead ex and lure Jake away. Just. Like. This." With that, Claire turned herself into Tegan, though the devious grin she had on was all wrong for the body. "Jake seems like a guy easily fooled. He'll take one look at me, and he will believe some story that I was dead for ten minutes before a morgue worker got the bullets out of me. Then I'll ask to talk to him alone and when I lead him into the forest you come out with a gun loaded with silver bullets. Job done."

Avery waited for a minute or two until she was sure that the pain was gone. Slowly, she stood up straight. "Wow...you're hot--" She realized how she worded it and bit her lip. "I mean temperature wis--not that you aren't...um, I'm just going to stop talking now."

[Elijah]

"But your scent, my dear. Will he be able to smell you and know the truth? Jake is easily fooled through the heart, yes, but he has a good nose." Jimmy really liked the idea, but he just had to make sure that they worked out all the flaws.

"It's alright," Jake smiled shyly, removing his hands slowly and stepping away. "Umm, how far along are you?" he asked, hoping to strike up some conversation. He looked over to Dakota and sighed. He tried to hide the fact that his face twisted in pain everytime he saw her. She reminded him so much of Tegan.

[Avery Izabel Layton]

That question stumped her for a little while. "You're right. Hmm, you have access to her apartment right? Maybe if you took some of her clothes I could wear them. They might mask my smell. And if she wears any perfume, that would help. We can use your nose to test it, sound good?" Claire was glad to have Jimmy there to help point out the flaws. He was smart and helped make her plans flawless.

"Seven and a half months." Avery glanced over at Dakota, noticing that she was still clearly upset. "She means a lot to you, doesn't she?" She liked kids, the main reason why she was keeping hers. She didn't like seeing a young girl like Dakota crying.

[Elijah]

"Sounds perfect. It should work as long as you have Tegan's clothes and perfume. Normally he'd still be able to tell that your a fake, but the sight of his long lost love might keep him preoccupied for a few minutes. Just ramble on about loving him. I'll join the party and shoot him. We have to stay until he's dead though. Somehow, he always manages to stay alive."

"I've been with her for a while. I was in love with her older sister and Dakota kinda became like a daughter/sister mix to me. I feel protective of her and I just want her to be happy. Losing a family member isn't easy, especially for a young girl." Jake looked down at her belly again and smiled. "No offence, but you shouldn't raise your child in this town. Nothing good comes out of Sleepy Hollow. Believe me."

[Avery Izabel Layton]

Claire turned back into herself. "Good. After this he'll be dead for good. Enough silver in his body will kill him, especially if he doesn't have his girlfriend to help him. If you show me a picture of his girlfriend I'll change into Jake and lure her away from the house and tie her up somewhere. Is there anything I should know about his girlfriend?"

Avery laughed. "So far Sleepy Hollow seems like a safe town. Better than the last town I was in. But honestly, I don't know if I'll be staying here for long or not. I'm living with a friend, she's helped me through my whole pregnancy."

[Elijah]

"She can make and manipulate fire, or something like that. Try not to get burned when you tie her up. Make sure she can't burn her way through the retraints either. You may just wanna knock her out or something. I don't know anything else about her."

"I don't know what town could be worse. Don't you know what this town is full of? Dakota's sister was killed by monsters. Literally monsters! I'm a...." Jake couldn't decide whether he should tell the woman or not about his other side. Maybe she'll get scared and leave. Good. "Don't scream, okay? I'm a werewolf. A good one!" he said quickly. "It's not uncommon here. This place is full of vampires and mutants and demons. Leave while you can, alright?"

[Avery Izabel Layton]

"Metal chains should keep her down. If not, I'll stab her with a icicle." Claire chuckled at her own little joke. "Don't worry, we'll get rid of Jake once and for all. As for his girlfriend, she can join us or die."

Avery froze at the mention of demons. "Demons? Th-there are a lot of demons here...a-and monsters?" She wasn't liking the sound of this town anymore. She was starting to want to leave the town. She didn't even think about Jake at first. "Wait...you're a-a werewolf? Do you...eat people?"

[Elijah]

"Lovely. I'm really starting to like this plan. I have a good feeling about it. It's going to work and then this town will be ours. Jadyn will join us if she knows what's good for her." Jimmy placed his hands behind his head and smirked up at the ceiling. "I can't wait for the morning."

"Yes," he said carefully, noticing how freaked out she was becoming. "Hey, it's okay. I don't eat humans. Atleast, I try not to. Bloodlust is a difficult thing to control. I won't hurt you though. I'm one of the good guys, I promise." He held his hands up in surrender and gave her some space. "I told you this town wasn't pretty. Why don't we get you home? Would you like me to walk you home? I'll drop Dakota off on the way."
