Hunter glared at Abby and wanted to slap her in the face so badly. "Maybe I will marry her. If she says yes" he said, his hand slipping into his pocket, feeling the small diamond ring. Taking his hand back out and kept the ring hidden. "Umm--soo what are we gonna do here?" he asked, watching angel rummage through her bag. 'Please, lets just get this over with' he thought impatiently.

Angel took out a black marker and drew a large circle with a five sided star in the middle. She placed five jars filled with a nasty looking green solid on the five corners of the star. Then she took out a bag of red dust and held it in her hand. "Abby stand in the middle of the circle." She said calmly.
Abby smirked nastily at Hunter. She knew that he was getting angry with her but could do nothing about it. She walked over to the star in the circle and stood in the middle just as instructed. "Is this going to be quick? I have a meeting with someone else far more important. And he should never be kept waiting." She stated firmly.

Hunter knew that if it wasnt for Emma's life being on the line, he would've killed Abby by now. "Yes I agree, we should get this over with quickly. I have someone to look out for. If you would've just left us alone, this wouldnt have happened" he said, still giving and angry glare at Abby as she entered the circle. Hunter waited for some magic to happen. He kept his eyes on Angel and watched patiently.

"I was just following orders." Abby said truthfully. She looked at Angel as Angel pulled open the black bag.
Angel took a handful of the red dust and started to chant some words in Japanese as she threw the dust on Abby a little bit at a time. Suddenly, the black circle glowed red and Angels eyes turned all white so no pupils could be seen. Both Angel and Abby were lifted into the air and Abby's eye turned blood red. Then the circle glowed silver and so did Abby's eyes. There was a loud crack like a gunshot and Angel was propelled down the hall and hit the double doors hard and fell to the ground motionless. Abby was flown back into the lockers and slid down to the floor. Abby shook it off and looked around as the spell was done.

Hunter was shocked at the odd ritual. "Ummm....did it work?" he asked in a soft and confused voice. As soon as he was told that it worked, he'd be off to the hospital. He didnt care at all about Abby but knew that this whole thing had to be done. Hunter looked over at Angel. "YOu ok?" he asked her

Abby felt no different which made her suspect that the ritual didn't work. She stood up and walked over to Angel who was sturring a little. She picked her up by the throat and slammed her against the wall. "Yeah Angel, did it work?" She asked in an angry and mocking sort of tone.
Angel gasped for breath and slowly was able to nod. "It...should...have." She whispered in a horse voice. Abby dropped her and Angel fell to the floor again. She was getting mad at Abby but had no engery left to fight her.
Abby looked satisfied and turned to Hunter. "Nice doing business with you." She smirked and turned to walk out of the school. She had a meeting with the mayor and didn't want to miss it. It was a very important meeting in which she was to be given a job and payed very well for it too.

Hunter rushed over to Angel and gently helped her to a nearby bench. "Are you alright? Why would your own daughter do that to you? Whats the story between you guys, if you dont mind my asking". True, he should probably be rushing to the hospital, but he needed to help Angel and even learn about her past.

Angel held her throat for a few seconds and looked at Hunter. "Abby wasn't always like this. When she was about three she lived with me in California. She was just like any other three year old. She loved to play on the playground and would beg me to buy her icecream from the icecream truck. But about a week after her fourth birthday her father wanted to take her and when her father wants something you give it to him. I didn't give her up without a fight but he still won." She said softly. She rubbed her throat again and sighed softly. "I saw her again when she was seven here and she was just like the last time I saw her except when she didn't get what she wanted she hurt people. I ran from this city because just a year ago she found out that I am the only one who can kill her. It's stated in an acient prophecy. So she wants to kill me but at the same time she is frightened of me."

"Im sorry" he said softly, looking down at the ground. "Im sure you never wanted this for her. You can trust me, i'll do everything that I can to help and protect you." Looking back up at her, he noticed her still rubbing her neck at times. "You wanna get that checked out? I have to go to the hospital anyway" he said smiling. "Emma should be about ready to get outta there. I was gonna take her out for the night. You could come with us if you want"

"You have enough to worry about and protect than me. Abby won't keep to her word if she has the right motivation. She said she had a meeting with someone important. I don't think it'll turn out good so I might go and check it out." She explained softly. "I don't want to intrude on you and Emma. You guys haven't seen each other in months. I'm sure you want to be alone with her." She coughed slightly and looked over at her stuff. All she needed to pack was the bag and the five jars.

Hunter noticed her looking at her bag, so he got up and began picking up her things. Bringing her bag back to her, he nodded his head at her comment. "Ya, I already miss Emma. Ill tell her how much you've helped me." he said smiling. Helping her up, he said "If you want I can escort you someone. Id give you a ride, but I dont have a car"

"I'll be fine. Just tell Emma that I hope she feels better and I'll see her another time." Angel said with a slight smile. She put her bag around her back and nodded at Hunter. "See you around too." She said sweetly and walked out the door. She pulled her hood over her head and disappeared into the darkness.
