The hot springs was a beautiful place that was hidden to everyone who didn't know where it was already. It was a large spring with lucious flowers and stunning bushes all around it. A mist rose from the hot water that filled the spring which made the area slightly foggy. Nicole was lucky enough to stumble across it. She was walking, trying to find her sister and came across it. She was wearing shorts which showed off the gashes on her leg and short sleeves which displayed the wounds on her arms. She had been walking for miles and miles when she found this and sat down to rest for a bit before continuing her search. She was worried that Abby or someone had hurt Claire or found out about her powers and took her.

Hunter had run away from all the troubles in town to try and clear his thoughts. Everything was so confusing and he wished it would all just end. "Please...please let me find her. Let me find Claire's sister" he begged, falling to his knees and crawling to the springs, exhausted from running. Finally reaching the spring he fell down beside it, and listened to the calming sounds of the water. It was so...peaceful here. Suddenly he heard a faint heart beat and turned his head. He saw the dark outline of a young girl. Hunter simply stared and waited for something else to happen. Who was this girl anyway?

Nicole hadn't noticed the guy who had just crawled in. She was just so exhausted and still scared to sleep but not because of the curse. The curse was gone and all that lingered was the large gashes on her legs, arms, now neck, stomach, and back. She ripped off a piece of her shirt and dipped it in the water then pressed it to a wound and winced. She turned her head to the side and that's when she saw the guy. "Are you alright?" She asked curiously.

Hunter opened his mouth to answer but nothing came out at first. "I--who are you?" he asked, ignoring her question. He had a good feeling about this girl. Perhaps she knew where to find Claire's sister. He used his strength to lift himself to a sitting position. He cupped his hands in the hot spring and splashed a bit of the water on his body, his muscles relaxing. "Oh sorry, Im Hunte by the way"

"My name is Nicole." She said softly. She looked at him with an eye raised. He didn't look well. She was slightly waiting for him to faint on her. She dipped the piece of clothing back into the spring and dabbed her wounds again an hissed as it sent pain flowing through her. "Ow...sorry." She said in pain to Hunter.

Hunter's eyes lit up as soon as he heard her name. "NICOLE? THE NICOLE?!?" he shouted, getting up and limping over to her and then falling at her side. "You're the one we've been looking for. We have Claire. SHes fine. I can take you to he--" he said, suddenly looking at all of her wounds. "Are....are you alright? Do you need some help?"

"You have Claire? Oh thank god. I-I thought she took her as my punishment." She said worriedly. She looked down at her wounds, at least the ones that were showing, and shook her head. "They hurt...a lot. These aren't all of them either. I have more on my back and stomach..." She said softly. She bit her lip and looked up at Hunter.

"Ya ya Claire's fine. But you look like you need help. Want me to take you to a hospital?" he asked after hearing that she had even more hidden wounds. "And I know who you're talking about. Abby. No dont worry. Emma has Claire safe and sound. Oh by the way, Emma is a slayer. The slayer before you came along. Now we have two slayers. You and her."

Nicole shook her head. "No, I want to go see Claire. I'll be fine. I just shouldn't move too much." She said as she stood up and gripped her stomach. That was the gash that kept opening and bleeding a lot. She wasn't going to tell him that though or he would make her go to a hospital and she just wanted to see Claire. "Isn't there only suppose to be one slayer?" She asked as she stumbled back and held herself up by a tree.

Hunter knew that she wasnt 'fine' but what could he tell her differently? Her mind was made up. Hunter didnt blame her. She was worried for her sister. So, he helped her up, using a tree to help them both up and then began guiding her towards the house that Claire and Emma were in. "Alright, almost there. You sure you're alright? Wouldnt want your sister to see you so.....hurt."

"How do you think she'll react if she comes and sees me in a hospital bed? She'll think I'm going to die. That's how she watched our parents die, in a hospital bed." She said with a wince. She walked with him and saw a row of houses drawing closer. Suddenly, she felt something wet on her hand. "Uh oh..." She said as she looked down and saw her grey shirt slowly turn a dark red. "You don't happen to have..any bandages at your house do you?" She asked through gritted teeth.

Hunter looked down at her shirt and nodded. "Of course. I get in my fair share of fights. We have plenty" he said laughing, trying to cheer her up. Finally they made it after a long walk. Hunter opened the door and walked inside hoping Emma was nearby. "Emma? You there? We need some bandages and a long lost sister over here"

Emma walked into the living room from the kitchen and raised an eyebrow. "What happened?" She asked as she looked at the both of them who looked like they got into a fight each. She walked into the bathroom and brought out a couple of bandages. Nicole smiled weakly as she gripped her wound in pain. Claire was eating dinner in the kitchen when she heard Hunter. She got up and walked into the living room and grinned. "NICOLE!" She yelled happily. She ran over to Nicole and hugged her, making Nicole wince. "Hey Claire, ow..." Nicole said softly. Claire backed away from Nicole when she saw the blood and cuts.

"She's -shes fine Claire. Nicole will be good as new by tomorrow." he said trying to smile. He walked over to the couch and dropped down on it, completely exhausted. He hadnt lied about his promise to Claire. He said he'd run all night if he had to, to find Nicole and he'd done just that. Hunter wasnt hurt because of wounds, but he was out of energy and unable to move. "Make sure Nicole is...ok would ya?" he asked, his voice softer with every word.

Nicole sat down on a couch and Emma lifted up Nicole's shirt a little to look a the large wound that cut across her whole stomach. Nicole bit her lip and fought back tears. Emma didn't notice and looked over at Hunter who looked exhausted and hurt. "Are you okay Hunter?" She asked, worried. Nicole looked at Emma and took the bandages from her. "Go check on him. He was literally on his knees when I met him." She said softly and started to clean her wound which hurt a lot.
