Emma put her shirt on and looked at the door quickly. She had no idea why they would be comming back. "Hunter lets just go quickly. They might see you now that I'm out of the bed." She said and ushered him to get down. She'd jump out the window if she had to. She was going with Hunter and Hunter wasn't going out the front door.

Hunter nodded, trying to stay as quiet as posible, and jumped down from his corner. The footsteps were getting closer and even faster after he'd made a noise when jumping from the ceiling. Running toward the window, he grabbed Emma, carrying her in his arms and jumped out the window. Hitting the ground, he winced slightly and looked back up at the window. "Long jump...." he mumbled. He carried her to a nearby tree, out of the hospitals sight and set her down. "I just need to take a rest real quick." he breathed out, leaning against the tree

Emma looked back up at the window and saw the shadow of two men and one head appeared out the window. She turned to look at Hunter and frowned slightly. "Are you okay? You didn't have to carry me and get hurt." She said sympathetically. She walked over to Hunter and smiled as she took a deep breath. "But on the bright side we're free!" She exclaimed.

"Ha, free.....if this is your definition of free. Ill never be free..." he said, his voice lowering with every word. "Look, we have to get outta here before they come looking." he grumbled, using the tree to help himself stand. "Im fine, so dont worry about it. I am a hybrid, not a normal human. Ill be ok. Come on" he said, starting to limp toward the slayer's house.

Emma heard what he first said and frowned as she watched him start to limp away. She walked over to him and placed one of his arms around her shoulders to help him walk. She looked up at him and let out a small sigh. "We'll figure a way to get out of that."
