"I know you do" he said smiling back at her. "I must leave you for now. I just want to get this whole thing over with. And then, you and I will be together again, with not interruptions" he said turning his head and glaring at Abby. Looking back at Emma, he held her hands in his and gently pressed his lips against hers. "Ill be careful, dont worry. Just watch out for yourself" he whispered to her.

Emma kissed him back and nodded. "Don't I always?" She said with a smile. She sat down on the bed as her stomach and ribs started to ache. They were healing however. She looked up at Hunter, she didn't want him to go but the gaurds were starting to talk close to her room which means they might have heard noises from in the room.
Abby rolled her eyes and looked at the two. "Don't mean to break up this little love fest but we better go." She said firmly.

Hunter was irritated with Abby but knew that she was right. "Alright then. Goodbye, and I promise Ill be back soon. Lets get this over with" he said walking over the window. "We can check the docks first". With one foot out the window, he looked back at Emma and smiled. Finally, both of the 'hybrids' (muwhaha), were out and headed to the docks.

Abby followed after Hunter with a slight fear in the pit of her. She highly doubted wheather anyone could fix her but she had to have hope. (that's all I can right. shall we continue here or the docks?)

After Angel had changed Abby back to her demon like self, Hunter rushed back to the hospital and climbed the side of the building and into the still broken window. Walking into the room, a smile spread across his face. "Emma" he whispered. Walking closer and all the way to her bedside, he whispered again "Emma, Im back"

Emma turned around and rubbed her eyes. A smile spread across her face as she saw Hunter. She got off of the bed and hugged him tightly. "Hunter! I was worried about you. What happened? You're alright? Abby didn't touch you right?" She asked in an anxious tone. She had a hard time sleeping while knowing Hunter was out with a bitch who might hurt him.

Hunter was overjoyed to see her and engulfed her in a hug. "Ive missed you so much, and i'm fine. Dont worry. Everythings going to be perfect now. We can finally be together without Abby breathing down our necks." he said, kissing her on the lips. "Your well I see. Well enough to leave this place?" he asked hopefully

"The doctors told me I can leave when they come back for one last check up. They said that an hour and a half ago so hopefully soon." She said with a smile. "How'd you manage to get rid of the hybrid in Abby?" She asked curiously as she still held him.

Still together holding onto her arms, he looked down at his shoes and then back up to her. "I umm....I found Angel. She told me some interesting things. Like Abby is her daughter *cough*. But hey, the main thing is that she got the hybrid out of her. Oh and Abby wants to kill Angel so....." he said, trailing off into silence. He could see the look on Emma's face and immediatly kissed her passionatly. "Sorry, it was an awkward moment" he said rubbing his neck

"No wonder you were gona a while." She said and kissed him back. She missed being this close with him. Not seeing your boyfriend for months could do that to a girl. She hugged him again and looked up at him. "You're both safe though right? Abby is going to keep to her word?" She asked, more worried about Hunter's safety than Angel's. She knew Hunter could handle himself but she couldn't help but worry, it was part of caring about him.

"Yes yes hun. She better keep her word. I dont feel like being stabbed with a pole again" he said, trying to make her laugh. But it wasnt much of a joke. Suddenly he heard voices coming down the hall. "I-I..." he looked into her eyes, a concerned look on his face. Then he looked aorund the room for a place to hide. He climbed the wall and kept himself up in the corner of the room above the door. He didnt know how long he could hold on up there.

Emma got back in bed just as the door opened and two doctors walked in. The main doctor was examining a clipboard and smiled at Emma. "You seem to be doing okay. All your tests came back negative for any diseases or infections. I just need to do one more thing and you can leave." He said and pulled out a portable eye thingy and walked over to her. He had her open her eyes and looked into the thingy and checked her eyes. When he was satisfied he nodded and wrote something down on the clipboard. "Okay Miss Burke you are free to go. Just take it easy for a couple of days, alright?" He said and both doctors walked out, leaving behind some clothes so she could change out of her hospital gown.

Just as soon as the doctors walked out, he dropped to the floor, making a loud noise. He stayed still trying to hear if the doctors were coming back, but their footsteps grew more and more faint. Finally he stood up and walked over to her, grabbed her clothes and handed them to her. "I guess I should turn around or whatever while you dress. Unless you want me to leave." he said softly

Emma took her clothes and looked at him. "Just turn around and clothes your eyes. I'll know if you peak." She said jokingly. She waited till he turned around then took off her hospital gown and put on the pair of jeans they left her and started to put her shirt on when she winced. "ow." She mumbled as a pain in her side shot through her body. She still wasn't fully recovered. Like the doctors said, she needed to take it easy.

As soon as he heard her, he wanted to turn around and see if she was ok, but he remembered that he couldnt. "Emma please hurry, I need to make sure your alright." he said, tapping his foot impatiently. Then again, he heard footsteps coming. "For the love of pete!" he whispered, jumping back up in the corner above the door. "He better not come in while your changing...."he growled. Hunter was still closing his eyes to be respectful
