Visiting an Old Friend

[Tegan Monahan]

One of the gaurds shot his gun and a regular bullet hit Hunter in the back. The other two gaurds cocked their guns and aimed them at Hunter's heart. Abby ran over to Hunter and punched him in the face hard. She was making it look like she was protecting the doctor. She grabbed the doctors gun and aimed it at Hunter. "Bad move Hybrid." She said with an evil smirk that only Hunter could see.

Already on the ground, Hunter couldnt just get up and attack her before she shot. It was impossible even for a hybrid. True if you got the bullet out quick enough, it wouldnt cause damage, but Abby knew just where to shoot and how many times. She would find a way to make sure he didnt get those bullets out. So now, laying on the ground, a bullet already in his back, he thought of Emma and the deal he'd made. Surely, he would be told to kill her. It was all part of the cruel circle and Hunter only wished he'd seen that before. So he made a final decision, he grabbed Abby's leg and bit down as hard as he could. While she screamed, he quickly got up and ran towards the window.

Abby screamed as Hunter's teeth sank into her leg and her free hand pressed down on the wound. Pain shot up through her leg as Hunter ran to the window, but she wasn't going to let him get away that easily. She brought the gun up and as Hunter was running to the window she pulled the trigger. One. Two. Three times she shot and she watched as the bullets hit him in the leg, shoulder, and lower back but none hitting them in his heart. She looked down at her leg which was now gushing out blood and winced as she tried to stop the bleeding.

Immediatly, the paint of the shots traveled througout his body. Using what strength he had left, he jumped through the glass window and rolled of the side roof, hitting the ground hard. Hunter knew he ddint have much time, so he stood up, and limped as fast as he could into the forest. Finally, he'd made it. There, he dug his fingers into the holes and eventually got the bulllets out. They burned his body and finger tips as he pulled them out one by one. Laying underneath a tree, he stared up at the moon and blacked out. Exhausted from the nights events, he fell into a deep sleep.

Abby dropped the gun and her other hand darted to her leg where she held her bleeding leg. Two of the gaurds rushed over to her and the third gaurd went over to the doctor. The two gaurds picked Abby up and quickly walked her out of the room. The other gaurd picked the doctor up and walked him out of the room. They got Abby a free room and a doctor and surgeon came in. It took a few minutes but the bleeding stopped and then the surgeon stitched up both sides of her leg. They got an ace bandage and wrapped it around the stitches so they wouldn't get damaged or infected and then they handed her two crutches.

All the while Abby was sitting there, thoughts racing through her head. He bit me...does that mean I'll be like him? No. No I can't....I won't... For the first time she was panicking. They let her go and left the room after washing her bloody hands. Abby didn't move from the bed for a couple of minutes. She finally walking out of the hospital on her crutches. Once she was outside she threw the crutches aside and limped slightly away from there. Her panic now turned to anger. She wanted to kill Hunter. Not to long after she started to walk did she see a blood trail. "Hunter's..." She muttered. She followed it and it led her into the forrest where she soon saw Hunter on the ground napping. "Bastard!" She said loudly.

Emma had jumped out of bed when Hunter left and had watched him run away. "He has to be alright. Please say he's not dead..." She said as she slowly got back into bed. Her stomach was killing her from jumping up out of bed.

Hunter had only gotten a little more than two hours of sleep when he heard the loud shouting voice of Abby. Quickly standing and wincing slightly at the pain from the fall of the roof, he looked down at her leg. "Maybe you shouldnt have set me up. You thought you were so clever. I hope you become me and I hope your first week of being a hybrid is as torturous and painful as mine was. Being a hybrid is not easy. Well those little girls make it look easy. I dont know their story, but if you do become one, it will be painful. And i hope yuo do" he said, almost smirking

Abby grabbed Hunter tightly by the throat and slammed him against a large tree, holding him there so she was choking him. "Change me back." She said almost pleadingly. She didn't want to act this way, expecially not around Hunter, but she wasn't herself right now. She didn't want to become a hybrid. She didn't want the restrictions that every vampire, werewolf, demon, and hybrid had. She was always allowed to go as she pleased and do what she wanted, but that might change. She wasn't going to give up without a fight though. Not until there wasn't a thing left on the earth they couldn't do for her. She winced slightly as she felt her ankle and shoe become wet. Her cut had opened from the running and pressure on it but she didn't care. She had more important things to worry about then stopping the cut.

She let go of Hunter suddenly and watched him fall to the ground. She took a couple of steps back and looked down at him. "I'll do anything, just change me back." She said in a voice unlike her own. If he would reject this offer of her giving up anything then she'd have one more thing to persuade him with.

Using the tree behind him as a prop, he quickly pulled himself up to stand. His hand was still rubbing his throat from the chokehold. "Well well well. You should've thought about that before you set me up and tried to kill me." he said finally standing upright. "Ok, so lets say I knew and or could find a person to take about the hybrid state, would you be willing to make another deal?" Walking over to her, he began to explain the deal. "Alright, so I find you a powerful witch of sorts and get her to revese this....unfortunate accident..."he said smirking, "and you let Emma live, leave her alone and you are never to harm her again."

Abby looked at his smirk and wanted to slit his throat right now but refrained from doing it. She wasn't to get him angry till he helped her. "Fine. I won't hurt Emma if you can change me back." She said softly, her voice returning to it's original bitterness slowly. Blood was still seeping through her bandage and was now soaking through her shoes, making a small puddle of blood on the floor. She wasn't aware that it was bleeding so bad because she was preoccupied. She had forgotten about the wet feeling in her leg.

"No No no.....Emma lives, you wont harm her and you leave her alone. Thats the full deal...and once you agree to that little girl, I will help you." his smirk never dulling. Hunter's eyes went down to her leg where he saw a river of flowing blood. "You uh....got a mess down there. Sorry bout that. It just had to be done. I didnt appreciate being shot in the back either. Had to pull those out one....by one...."almost mocking her. HUnter was having fun with this. He wanted to show her just what he'd been through.

"Alright. I'll leave her alone, she lives, and no harm shall come to her from me, okay? But that's if you can change me back." She said. She looked down at her leg and frowned. Usually her cuts healed by now. She fixed the bandage tighter on her ankle and within the minute her blood flow decreased. "Now can you help me or not?" She asked impatiently. There was a full moon arriving tomarrow and she didn't want to find out if she was a hybrid the hard way.

[Liam/Mason]

"Sure, Ill help. But Im gonig to see Emma first. You ruined that visit.....so now im making up for it. So are you. Your comign with me. And if theres any funny business....the deal's off. Oh and if the doctors come in, youll tell them im no harm. Im not gonna have bullets in my back twice in one night." he said walking past her and to the edge if the forest. "Well come on...."


After a long and tiresome journey to the hospital with Abby, Hunter helped her scale the building and both went through the (already broken) window. There were more guards in the halls than before, but none in the room at the time. Walking over to the bed, he whispered in her ear "Emma, are you awake?"

Emma opened her eyes and turned around to see a burred figure infront of a smaller blurred figure. She rubbed her eyes and smiled as she saw Hunter. "Hunter!" She said a little too loudly. She looked towards the door and then stood up slowly and hugged him. "You're alive." She said happily. She saw Abby and glared at her. "What is that doing here?" She asked.

Abby stood there unwillingly and crossed her arms. "Don't ask me. I didn't want to come here, trust me. It was all Hunty's idea." She snapped back at Emma. She didn't know why she had to be there.

[Liam/Mason]

"Im sorry about what happened darling, it wasnt a very good visit was it? Look, Abbys here because Ive made another deal" he said quickly, hoping Emma wouldnt hear and wouldnt yell at him. Feeling guilty in hiding it, he told her the truth. "In biting her, I may have transfered the 'disease' of being a hybrid to her. So, she doesnt want to be a hybrid and needs a cure. I said Id help her find the cure if she'd let you live and live in peace. She wont harm you anymore." he said, taking her hand in his and rubbing it gently. "I have to leave soon, im sure guards will be in here sooner than we know. I love you. And I will stop all of this. Concentrate on healing and Ill see you later. Anything you need to tell me before I head off?" he asked.

Emma looked up at Hunter and sighed. "Be careful. I don't trust her and her deals. Promise me you'll stay safe." She said softly. She walked over to Abby with a grim face. She stopped once she was about half a foot from her. "Don't you dare hurt him or I'll kill you and you can count on that, understood?" She snapped. Suddenly, she swung her fist and punched Abby hard in the face which made Abby stumble back and her hand fly to her face.

Abby took a step towards Emma witht he intention of punching her back but stopped herself at the last second. She scowled at Emma and rubbed her cheek. "I'm not stupid enough to hurt the person whose helping me." She said and felt another one of Emma's fists hit her in the other cheek, sending her stumbling once again. Abby was getting very pissed off and finding it hard to control herself.

Emma looked at Abby with her fist raised again. "You be smart enough to remember that."She said harshly. She walked over to Hunter and her face softened. "She does anything at all and I want you to kill her. I don't want you hurt. I love you." She said sweetly.
