Brooke stood next to the river, after a month of being on earth her wings were back to their full size, huge arch angel wings of black with the odd red feather here and there sheilded ehr from the afternoon sunshine, she stared at the water, flicking bals of ice into the water, her powers were slowly getting stronger making her feel alot happier.

Raphael walked along the river deep in his thoughts. He was going to hve t look after the slayer for now on. After a while he saw someone, a winged figure on the other side of the river. He froze solid trying to figure out what it was

Brookes wings flapped gently to keep her cool, she was wearing a black dress which was ragged and fell past her knees, the ends were frayed and looked like someone had ripped them up, she wroe soft shoes with black leather strongs running up her legs to her knees in crisscross patterns, her long black hair hung loosely around her, falling as long as the dress and blending in, her wings beat again, making her hair fly ver ehr shoulders, her red eyes focused on the person and stared at him.

Raphael noticed whoever that was was looking at him "Sorry I'll be going now." he said slowly and started to walk not realy wanting to get in some confusion

"Raphael" she said, a smile oehr lips, she suddenly appeared in front of him "nice to meet you i'm broooke" she smiled but was clearly out of breath, she stared at him and offered him her hand, the wind picked up and lifted her dress and hair a little.

Raphael raised an eyebrow looking at her hand, how did she knew his name? He shook her hand and lookedd at her "Sorry but... wha are you?" he asked slowly "In my line of work I seen many kinds of unatural creatures..." he just looked at her trying to figure out who she was

She laughed "fallen angel and unknown demon" she grinned "I'm unknown because theirs no name for me and im the only one" she grinned innocently and stroked one of her huge feathery wings.

Raphael looked amazed "Nice... can't wait to tell the council." he took a notbook and started to write "tell me about yourself, your powers all that." he smiled nicely

"council?" she raised an eyebrow, staring at him, reading his mind slowly "A slayers watcher?" she asked him, speaking softly as the wind started up again "you're going to tell a slayer i exist?" she growled gently and flapped ehr wings once, twice, three times so a strong wind blew over him.

Raphael knew emediatly that she was a telepath and bloked his mind a thing all watchers knew to do incase of getting captured by telepathic demons "Yes she does exist" he said trying not to close his eyes with the wind

She laughed and spun round, she looked ovre her shoulder at him then vanished appearing behind him "so oyou want to know all about me?" she said into his ear appearing ina tree before he could even spin to look at her, she swung her legs gently and smirked.

Raphael looked for herand saw her "We watchers don't only train and look after Slayers, we also study the demon world." he exclaimed now getting read to fight if necessary

She swung her legs and stared at him "you want to know about me, well, i'm unknown, even i'm still figuring out my powers" she was panting a little from where she was growing weary but she had one mroe trick up her sleeve, bright green flames shot up around him and she looked down from the tree at him "but the ones i know of are trained well" she smirked and made the flames drop to nothing as she slid from the tree and over to the river, she sat with her fingers dipped in, restoringher energy and looking over ehr shoulder at him.

Raphaellooked at her "I see..." he said "Why don't you like slayers then?" he was regestering every word she said he knew very well how to organize his thoughts

"it's a slayer who got me thrown from heaven" she was suddenly angry, her wings flapped hard and the water moved away from her "the stupid slayer made sure they knew i was part demon so they ripped my wings off and threw me down here where i'm stuck now" she growled and the water moved back further.
