A Sweet Scent Of Sage

Sage slowly edged down the hallway packed with students the high school was busy, it was around lunch time and Sage had lost her sisters at the park and was wandering the streets, she had heard chatter and entered the school wondering if someone had seen her sisters and now the crowded halls were overwhelming her and making her tremble with fear and anticipation.

After a while of edging through the crowds tears started falling down her cheeks and she had to use all her strength to keep herself from attacking someone, a few of the students looked at her cautiously and muttered something about one of the teachers daughters then hurried off for their lunch.

Ewan had just graduated the year before and was now volunteering at the high school of Sleepy Hollow. Walking thruogh the halls, while on an errand, he noticed a little girl crying. Yes, he knew this little girl. Rushing over to her, he bent down and said "Remember me? Lets get you somewhere safe eh?" he said trying to cheer her up.

Sages bloodshot eyes peered at him through the tears she nodded and gripped onto his hand looking at the bigger people and sniffling softly she wasnt very confident, shy and quiet, not many people noticed her, a few teachers passed by and wondered what was going on in the corner where Ewan was bent

[Tegan Monahan]

Abigail was currently attending Sleepy Hollow. She wanted to get an education so she can move up in the world. Plus she wanted to act like a normal kid and meet new kids, to corrupt obviously. She saw the guy she was spying on before and a little girl and walked over to them. "What's going on here?" She asked curiously. She gave the girl a sweet smile and then the guy.

[Liam/Mason]

"Nothing. Shes just lost. Right?" he said smiling at the little girl. Standing up, while holding the little girl's hand in his, he looked at the older girl. "Hello, the names Ewan. Id introduce this little girl, but I dont know her name" he said in a sweet voice. "Im just gonna take her to the main office and see if we can get her parents here"

Sage wriggled her hand "noo" she whined not wanting him to call her parents "moomy cant come out she'll die" she whined again her voice high pitched and stuttery form where she was still crying "i'm sage" she mumbled giving up the wriggling and looking from one to the other.

[Tegan Monahan]

Abigail smiled at Ewan and Sage. "I'm Abigail, but you can call me Abby." She bent down so she was Sage's hieght. "Calling your mom or dad won't be nessisary. Vampires and Werewolves don't do so well in sunlight and public." She stood up and looked at Sage. "Where would you like to go?" She asked. She was planning on ditching her last class which was gym. Nothing useful there.

Ewan didnt completley trust this girl. Something in his head was saying, dont let sage go with this girl. "No, Ill take her. You should be in class anyway..." he said. Looking down at sage, he wished he could make her understand not to trust this girl. "Ready to go Sage?"

Sage looked from one to the other "Abby come" she whined clutching onto her hand as well as his, she clung tightly "please?" her voice was soft young and innocent, but her mind saw no innocent in the deeds her family did,

"Oh it's no trouble. I was going to ditch this class anyway. It's only gym." She said happily. A smile spread across her face as she heard what Sage had said. She looked down at Sage and then at Ewan. "Well I guess it's settled then." She said and felt Sage take her hand. She bent down to Sage's hieght again and looked at her. "Sage, do you have a sister named Spring?" She asked sweetly. Oh how Spring and her went way back. Spring was her only real friend as a child. The only one who didn't care what she did or who she was and Abby was grateful for that. She would do anything for Spring, feeling that it was only necissary to show her gratitude.

[Liam/Mason]

"Whatever, Ill just leave then. She obviously likes you." he said in an irritated tone, as he turned around and headed down the hallway. (sorry its short, not sure what to post after that |:\ )

"he's moody" Sage said studying him as he walked away, she looked at Abby at the mention of Springs name "she's my sister, Me Spring and Sparrow are triplets, they're playing hiding and seek and i'm it and i couldnt find them, but they probably gone home" she shrugged and clung to Abbys hand "did you know her?"

[Tegan Monahan]

Abby looked at Ewan and raised an eyebrow. She held up a finger to Sage as if to say 'I'll answer in a minute'. She stood up and took a couple of steps towards Ewan. "Do you have some sort of problem with me? Why are you so eager to keep her away from me?" She asked curiously. She wasn't aware that they had met before so he couldn't have known who she was already.

Sage stood in silence, shifting her weight from side to side gently, her head bent so her eyes searched the floor, she somehow felt this was her fault but didnt exactly know how it could be her fault, still she stood in silence and waited

"Talking to me?" he said turning around. Walking a few steps toward the two, he couldnt help but laugh. "I know it sounds odd but I felt like ive met you before. Im getting these visions and I see you doing....somethings that I dont want to talk about wiht a little girl here." he said looking from Abby to Sage.
