2. She has no family to speak of. She was separated from them over 80 years ago - and has no idea if she has any living or immortal relatives at all.
3. Kayleigh was "turned" at the age of fifteen years old... she was kidnapped from her parents home. Presumed missing, she was taken to a home in the country plains of Kansas - and abused, raped, and turned into a vampire. Forced to drink the man's blood. She followed him around for decades, doing as he willed her, and then one day she got a wild teenage hair and ran away. Now she's entered herself into a high school society and is trying to pass herself as human.

She wants to be remembered. She wants to make an impression on the world - she may be immortal but even she knows that she won't live forever.
10. She is glad that she can't be in direct sunlight - She thinks her pale skin makes her look innocent and naive.
11. She tends to dress trendy - she follows the fashion magazines you can buy on the curb and gas stations. She doesn't keep any technology in her small house.
12. She has a job as a night time janitor at the local library. They pay her to clean at night, and she can borrow as many books as she wants. She doesn't know that she could borrow books for free anyways.
13. She's clumsy and ditzy. She's known to have many bruises that she can't seem to remember where they came from.

16. Hiding her vampire secret has never been an issue for her, until recently. She has made more friends in this new place as opposed to the rest, and she wants very badly to confide in people, but knows that she can't.
17. She has a plan & dream to travel the world - but for some reason can't get over leaving the states.
18. She is a sucker for romance novels. She adores reading about love, even though at a technical 15, she has NEVER had a boyfriend and NEVER been kissed but she's a HUGE flirt and loves young boys, around her literal age!
19. She's immature. She loves fart jokes and she whines and complains about everything... mostly when she doesn't get her way.
20. She can't wear high heels - she has two left feet and tends to walk sideways. Heels make her look completely awkward.

"Abigail threw her costume for the dance in her bag that morning, knowing that Ashton would be meeting her after work that night. Most of the stores closed early one days/nights of town events so that they themselves could participate. She was not particularly excited about this dance, but she had to work handing out plates of BBQ at the beginng, and that was ok. But being that Ash was her date, she was not planning on dancing much, but her costume would be fun to wear anyways. She had had the dress as a hand me down from her Mom’s days of dances in town, and she had taken the hemm in and altered some spots on the dress to make it fit her. She partnered the blue skirt with a white blouse, that hung off her shoulders and she would wear white cowboy fringe boots.
She was about to get off work at the resturant and head over to the Dine & Dash tables in town. She was about to have to start serving dinner, it was coming up on five pm. Her boss had pushed everyone from the resturant an hour ago and the wairers and cashiers have been on clean up duty while the cooks got the BBQ ready. She walked out the front glass doors with a few others she worked with and they went to find the table where Dine & Daah would serve dinner. She noticed Baker Street has some desserts out for sale. The BBQ plates were five dollars each and they came with baked beans, coleslaw, chips and a drink too. There were cans of cokle and diet coke out for customers. She also noticed the band on the mini stage was warming up and their were red lights stung up everywhere as well as red hearts. She was not in the mood to celebrate valentines day, but town dances were usually fun.
She stuffer her bag under the table where the food would be and wrapped her apron around her waist. The cooks brought out the food and the whole town started to line up for food. The BBQ was the only real meal being served that night, so they would almost all eat BBQ unless they ate at home. Most didn’t. She started to serve the BBQ right away, others helping, adding baked beans and coleslaw to the plates as well. They had formed an assembly line behind the table and the line was moving quickly…
It wasn't long until time to get herself ready to join the crowds around the stage and to find Ashton, he was supposed to be her date tonight. She figured he was off somewhere smoking something or snorting something. She grabbed her bag and went to head to the diner to change in the bathroom..."
