Serenity had been sitting against a tree, drawing when she noticed sun rays starting to hit her paper. "Sh!t!" she said as she immediately closed her sketch pad. Tucking her pencil in the binding of the notebook, she stood up and looked from left to right. Sh!t! Where was she going to go to escape the sun?!
Oh yeah! There was a cottage just a little ways deeper in the forest.
Running now, Serenity started to head in the direction she thought the abandon cottage was. Dodging branches and hurtling over tree stumps and fallen branches. Serenity looked behind her to see the sun high in the sky. Hissing as the light hurt her sensitive eyes. And since she wasn't looking where she was going she tripped over a fallen branch. Falling on her stomach, "Ow!" she hissed loudly as she slowly got up. The wind was knocked out of her, but she started to run again as best she could. The sun rays were now starting to slightly burn her skin off. Wincing as she finally saw the cottage come into sight.
Finally making it to the door, she opened it with ease. as fast as she could and got in. Falling to the ground on her side from being weak and hurt; she kicked the door shut with her foot as she laid on the floor. |

Posé-Mae and Teagan were sat in the lounge, watching the sun rise, the door opened to their home and they looked at one another as a woman fell in the door, eyebrows raised they both stood and wandered over to her, looking down, Teagan pushing her hair from her eyes and Posé-Mae looking slightly startled
"Sun burning ya?" Teagan asked her in a soft voice, a small smirk on her face she offered a hand to her and waited for her to take it.

Serenity didn't even noticed the two females in the cottage when she crashed in. She didn't even think that there would be anyone in there. As far as she had known, the cottage was empty. Who knew it was someone's home? Surely not her.
Hearing a female's voice say, 'Sun burning ya?', Seren looked up at the both the girls, not knowing what one had spoken do to the fact that her brown/hazel eyes had been closed this whole time. "Yeah. Only a little." she said a little weak. She looked the two girls over as they stood before her, and she noticed that one of them had extended their hand out to her, offering her help up. She was a little suspicious since she didn't know either of these females, but she gratefully took the girl's hand. Standing up slowly, she flashed a small smile at them both. "So you two live here, or just taking refuge here?" she asked curiously, looking back and forth between the two. |

"we live here" Posé-Mae said wandering into the lounge area and undoing some strapping round her shoulder snad waist, ehr black wings unfurled and stretched out and she sighed contently, Teagan Smiled at ehr "i'm Teagan and that's Posé-Mae" she said letting go of the girls hand "you cna crash here till night if ya like" she shrugged and sniffed the air, taking her scent in to remember, she smirked then " its pretty much black in here when thecurtains are drawn" Posé-Mae stood and closed the curtains then put ont he lamps.

Once Teagan had let go of Serenity's hand, she looked around the cottage, noticing all the furniture. Nodding in understanding to Pose-Mae as she told her that they lived there. She really didn't know that. She felt bad for barging in on their home like this, but it was unintended. "Nice to meet you both," she ended up loud, but continued to say 'I hope.' in her head. "I'm Serenity." she introduced herself back, looking to Teagan first then Pose-Mae.
Taking in Teagan's comment about how she could stay there till night, she smiled at her thankfully. "That would be great. Thanks." she said in reply, starting to walk over in the direction of the lounge where Pose-Mae was again. "I'm sorry I barged in like this. I really didn't even know anyone lived here." she felt the need to apologize, not entirely sure why, it's not like she was causing any harm. |

"dont worry about it" Teagan said sitting on the couch "feel free to join us" came Teagans bored reply turning the tv on, Posé-Mae wrapped ehr wings round her and snuggled into them, feeling a little tired, looking like she was wide awake, ehr piercing blue eyes were staring at Serenity, trying to read her like a book. Teagan shot ehr friend a glare and the black winged girl turned ehr eyes to the tv

Serenity smiled at Teagan as she said it was no problem, and followed both their actions, except she sat down on a comfy looking chair instead of the couch. She still didn't know these girls enough to trust them, and she wasn't going to willing sit next to them. Besides Pose-Mae's fluffy wings, even wrapped around her; were huge and taking up most of the couch. Serenity noticed the piercing stare Pose-Mae shot in her direction, but she wasn't offended or anything. She had just as much right to not trust Seren as she did them. Though she was curious as to why she was looking at her like that.
Speaking of that...what in the world were they both? Teagan looked pretty much normal, but that didn't mean much. And so did Pose-Mae, aside from the wings. "So...this might be blunt, but what are you two? I can tell you, Pose-Mae aren't human..." she drifted off, resting more into the chair. |

"we are both hybrids" Posé-Mae said, her voice all angelic like "I am a fire demon crossn angel" she smiled "and im a therian hybrid" Teagan said, eyes fixed tot eh tv, "and you are a vampire" Teagan added (sorry its so short)

Serenity looked to Pose-Mae when she answered Seren's question about what they were. A fire demon/angel. Hmm. "That's an interesting combo." she said with a smirk. Next it was Teagan's turn, and Serenity listened to her tell her what she was as well. "A therian hybrid?" she repeated in a questioing tone. She had never heard of one of those. Or maybe she had and just never heard the name, she didn't know.
When Teagan then told her, what she, herself was, Serenity nodded once. She wasn't sure if she could just tell by looking at her, or if the sun-burning-skin thing gave it away, but either way, there was no way to hide it. Hopefully that didn't cause a problem. |
