Kris had been taking a stroll to her new home, or at least new for now, when she came across a group that seemed to be arguing. "Silly earthlings." She thought she a chuckle. She loved how they seemed to get in the stupidest fights. She snuck up, close enough to hear them, and croutched down so she couldn't be seen. She wasn't aware that they would be able to smell her, she had a very luring aroma. She was wondering why there was a large cat standing next to the woman, she found it very strange. What she found even stranger was when the cat ran off and came back a woman. "Now I've seen it all."

Ewan took a step forward, ready to 'deal' with these creatures when he smelled an intoxicating aroma. A smell so powerful, even Hunter couldnt ignore it. He glanced in it's direction and beckoned whatever it was, forward. "Dont be afraid. This vamp and....." Hunter couldnt think of the word, so Ewan filled it in. "Catgirl" he said smiling. "Yes, catgirl. Thank you Ewan. They wont harm you." Ewan didnt take his eyes off of their guests. While Hunter was trying to lure the smell out, Ewan took a few more steps toward Laurell and Teagan. "So, you're the creatures I have to protect this town from?"

Laurells eyebrows shot up at Ewans words. "Protect the town from us?" she gasped sarcastically. "Why ever would you want to do that?" she smiled as she sniffed daintly. "You smell that teag?" she whispered moving closer to her friend, her eyes darting round the park, searching the shadows.

"i'm a therian" Teagan snapped irritatedly then sniffed the air "yeah i smell it, what the hell is it?" she looked round, her eyes focusing int he direction of the smell, Teagan crossed her arms over her chest and stared at it "i ahve no idea what that is Laurell but whatever the hell it is, it has a strong scent" she shrugged and went to fiddling with ehr hair, looking bored.

"Ah crap. Of course I have to find the first werewolves and vampires in this town. Can I have a little fun?" She reluctantly stood up and walked out from the shadows. She was no older than twenty two, slim and average hieght. She wore jeans and a t-shirt with gloves covering her hands. She walked slowly over to them, stopping a couple of feet away. "Figures I would find the mythical creatures first. Can't get normal humans for once can I? No, it's all vampires and slayers, and stupid demon girls." She said mostly to herself. "No offense to you guys. I just get a bit tired of it. Creatures seem to have attitudes, nasty ones."

Ewan ignored the two and watched as the girl with the strong scent walked out. He glanced over at Hunter and raised his eyebrow. Hunter stepped aside and pushed Ewan forward. "Training one oh one, talk to it...I mean, her." Ewan gave a small nod to the girl and smiled. "We dont all have attitudes. We just dont trust much. Theres a lot of backstabbing going around because someone suddenly gets a little, hungry. Im Ewan. Thats Hunter. These two are....well we just met them. Are you just passing through or are you planning on staying in our happy Sleepy Hollow?"
Hunter kept an eye on Laurell and Teagan while Ewan introduced the group. 'Good, stay in a polite mood,' he thought to himself.

laurell studied her fingernails as Ewan spoke with the new comer, her eyes flicked occasionally between Teagan and Hunter. "Wow this is a good start to our night Teag" she muttered softly, "First we meet up with Close Shave guy and his Mate... then sex pot 101 turns up with that damn scent of hers" Laurells voice was low enough only for Teagan to hear. "Fancy seeing what we can find to chow down on hun" she asked her as she looked round.

Teagan smirked as laurell spoke, eyeing the new comer, her eyes sparkled gently at the mention of chowing down "im soooo hungry, i'll eat the bitter ones if we dont get food soon Laurell" she shifted her weight and fiddled with ehr red hair again "who we gonna get?"

Kris smiled polietly and looked towards Laurell and Teagan. "Odd creatures." She thought as she felt a shiver run up her spine quickly. She turned back to Ewan and held out her hand for him to shake, though making sure the gloves covered her hands entirely. "I'm Kris, also known as Death, the Grim Reaper, blah, blah, blah. Kris works. Most of you mythical creatures have attitudes though. Though I'd rather deal with vampires then the last two girls I talked with. Ugh. I didn't know a slayer could be so nasty. She was from here. Her and that devil girl might make me not want to stay here."

Ewan quickly pulled his hand back when she introduced herself as Kris or....death. Hunter shook his head and stepped forward, shaking her hand as well. "Nice to meet you. I never imagined the grim reaper to look so friendly." Hunter couldnt help but hear about the slayer and demon girl. He tried to push the thoughts out of his mind. Ewan took a few steps back and heard what teagan had to say. He growled softly and gave her a warning glance. He wasnt in the mood to be eaten or attacked that day. Hunter smiled at the group and gave small farewell nodd. "Well, so much to do, so little time. Im retiring and Ewan has to be trained. It was wonderful meeting you death and...teagan. Laurell, interesting to see you again," he said in a dull voice.

Laurell stared boredly towards where The newcomer Kris, or Death, and the two guys were talking. She had never been one much for the chat side of life more into the death, dismemberment, pain and torture side. She started slightly when she heard that Hunter was retiring and her jaw dropped open slightly. "Your giving up the whole save the world gig?" she asked him incredulously. This would make hunting so much easier. What with Hunter out of the scene and no new slayer about, she and Teagan could have the run of the town. Ewan... well he was still green enough for her to dismiss easily, anyway what could he do to stop her?

Teagan heard a rustle behind them all and turned, she sniffed and wanderd off towards the bushes, once out of sight she changed, she took the snow leopard form again she chased after a rabbit she saw, catching it rather quickly and picking it up in her mouth, the creature kicked and lashed but the leopard held it tight in its jaws, wandering back to Laurell with the poor creature, she sat down, curling her tail round her body as she bite the rabbit harder, tasting blood in her mouth.

Kris glanced at Teagan, clearly discusted. She shivered and turned away from the leopard. "Revulting.." She mumbled, referring to Teagan. "You couldn't take your discusting meal elsewhere? Stupid cat." She rolled her eyes, clearly not afraid that she was being snippy with a leopard. She looked back at Hunter and Ewan, at least two people who had manners. "Werewolves retire? You're what, twenty five?"

Hunter smiled and let out a soft laugh. "I may be young, but i've been through a lot. Sleepy Hollow isnt the best place in the world, obviously. Im tired and.....not as strong as I use to be." He didnt like admitting this infront of two enemies, but having Death around made things a lot easier. Perhaps, he could strike a deal with her. Ewan let Hunter do all the talking, while he observed the people around him. His face was blank and expressionless. Thoughts were racing through his mind. 'Whose this slayer I keep hearing about?' he wondered.

Laurell shrugged, before turning away towards Teagan. "hey teag bring dinner with ya and lets spilt this place" she said softly, her mind was whirling with thoughts. Hunter retiring, and new protector and now this Death person. She shook her head to clear away any stray thoughts and looked over her shoulder at the new guy Ewan before giving him one of her sweet but sassy smiles as she wriggled her fingers at him "Hey Hunter, Ewan!" she yelled her voice carrying easily in the still air "See you both about maybe." she giggled before turning away from them all and motioning to Teagan to lead the way out of the park.
